What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are
Ribhu Technologies (“we”, “us”) is a software development company based in New Delhi, India, run by Gopal Chhillar. This policy covers ribhutechnologies.com and the concept demos hosted on it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the contact form: your name, email address, country, the kind of project you need, your budget range and your message.
When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and send you a quote.
- To deliver and support work you have hired us for, including invoices and project emails.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We will not send you newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them. We never sell or rent your information.
Services that process data for us
We use a small number of trusted providers, each of which handles data only to provide its service:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
- Web3Forms: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail: our email provider, which stores our correspondence with you.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces this site uses, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. They are established companies with their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, currently up to 8 years in India.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to us contacting you. We’ll respond within 30 days. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you are in the EU or UK, under the GDPR.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and our email is protected with industry-standard authentication. Access to client information is limited to the people working on your project.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. It isn’t used for tracking.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
